Chinatown in China

Our last day in Shanghai was spent in and around the Chinatown area. Lots and lots of little shops selling just about everything both real and fake. Also, quite a few pickpockets. I wore my money, passport, ID and credit cards in a small pouch that hung around my neck under my clothes.

This tea shop was where we found a special clear plastic tea thermos for Kerry so he can take green tea to school with him. He fills it with leaves and hot water in the morning and then just keeps refilling with hot water. You can refill 3-4 times before you need to add more leaves. By that time he is home again. More about green tea later. Posted by Picasa
